Breaking News: Malatia Recognises Brikvania

Breaking News: The Kingdom of Brikvania and Malatia have signed a treaty of friendship and non-aggression.

King Brik II and Field Marshall Nutyubrick signed the agreement in Brown Castle in a ceremony early this morning.

Secret talks between Brikvania and Malatia to establish relations have been taking place in Maltia, the capital city of Malatia, and this morning, Field Marshall Nutyubrick and King Brik II signed a friendship treaty, with Malatia recognising Brikvania as an independent country. Brikvania in return will open an embassy in Maltia.

Malatia has also agreed to supply weapons to Brikvania as economic and defence aid from the Kingdom of Lego have been cut off.

"With immediate effect, we are supplying Brikvania our newly developed air defence system along with anti-tank defence system," said General Nutyubrick.

NARTO countries were shocked at Brikvania's defence relations with Malatia. Prime Minister Wingo of the Kingdom of Lego demanded that Brikvania stopped the purchase of the Malatian air defence system.

"That is a threat to Lego and we will destroy these threats," said Wingo.

The Kingdom of Lego Foreign Affairs Ministry has called the Brivanian Ambassador to its office and demanded explanation about Brikvanian foreign policy with Malatia.
