Brikvanian Peace Agreement A Victory for Xitin

The recent peace agreement to end the fighting in the Malatian Province of Brikvania has benefited the Malatian leadership.

Malatian President-for-Life Xitin has exerted control over parts of the Malatian Province which are controlled by ethnic Malatian rebels.

The peace agreement gives the rebels autonomy over the areas that they now control. Brikvanian police and military forces will be pulled out from the areas too.

The previous Provincial government, which is a part of the Brikvanian government, will be abolished.

President Xitin has vowed to provide financial supports to the autonomous region. There are reports that Malatia is also providing covert military assistance to the rebels. 

President Xitin announces the defeat of Brikvania in the conflict in the Malatian Province of Brikvania at a forum in Maltia. Thousands of Malatians are celebrating the rebels' victories in the short conflict, with many chanting Xitin's name.

Meanwhile in Brikvania, King Brik II has sacked Prince Aragon from the post of Defence Minister after the defeat of the Brikvanian army in the Malatian Province. King Brik II said that former Malatian Leader Nutyubrick will assist in reviewing the kingdom's defence needs.
