Castonia Celebrates Prince Revalia's Birthday

The Principality of Castonia celebrates the 55th birthday of Prince Revalia, the head of state and government of the small kingdom.

There were fireworks and parties across Castonia, with many officials events taking place in the villages.

Farmers cross the kingdom were treated with shows and meals in their villages and towns.  Each farming family was also given $2000 Bricks dollars as a gift from the Royal Family.

The birthday celebrations commences with a parade in the main towns.  Fireworks were held at night across the kingdom.

The cost of the celebration is estimated to be about $2 million Brick dollars, about 20% of the government revenue.

Critics of the Royal Family condemned the large celebrations as the principality is poor. The farmers are struggling to sell their products, while the elites are spending large sum of money on parties.

A spokesman for Prince Revalia has dismissed the concerns. "The large parties and celebrations attract tourists, who had spent about $3 million Brick dollars in our local economy".
