King Arius Proposes A New Name For The Kingdom

In a sign of tightening power grip by the Royal Family, King Arius announced that the country will change its name from "Kingdom of Lego" to "Kingdom of Legonia".

"We are a multi-racial country. Legonia sounds nicer than Lego, and all subjects regardless of their ethnicity can call this place their home," said King Arius.  

Many subjects welcomed the news. "What important is that we have peace and economic prosperity in our Kingdom. The name does not matter", said Cristos Legos, an ice-cream distributor.

The Royal Party, along with two other political parties, has also thrown in its support for the change of name for the country. 

King Arius will meet the members of the Constitutional Courts tomorrow to discuss the change of name for the kingdom.

On other local news, the Police has raided the main office of the Legos First Party (LFP) and Rito Wingo's residence in the outskirt of the capital.

At 5 am this morning, several armed police stormed the former Prime Minister's residence after overcoming his bodyguards.  The police officers searched the villa where Rito has been staying for evidences linking Wingo to the underworld. 

Several boxes of evidences were removed from the villa, and two policemen have been posted to stand guard outside Wingo's residence. 

The Royal Prosecutor announced later that Wingo can be expected to be arrested anytime soon.
