King William Visited Smallville

King William II visited the recaptured town of Smallville amid tight security. The aim of his visit was to assure the residents that the Royal Government will do everything to ensure their security.

To beef up the security of the Eastern Province, King William announced the deployment of one additional infantry battalion in the province to support the local police units. 20 more police officers will be deployed in Smallville, up from the previous 5 officers. The King added there will be 4 police cars for Smallville and the surrounding villages, up from 1 previously. As a whole, there will be 4 police stations across the province, an increment from 2 currently.

In addition, there will be more than 150 United Nations (UN) peacekeepers deployed in the Eastern Province, and most of them will be based in Bordertown, which host the main land crossing into Malatia.

"The UN peacekeepers will ensure no foreign agents will enter into our territory," announced His Excellency.

In the meantime, the police is still searching for the Mayor of Smallville, Lord Nolord, who was last seen with the rebels.
