Legonian Intelligence Confirms Malatian Army in Castonia

The Legonian Defence Ministry confirmed that Malatian troops have moved 2 km into Castonian territories, and are currently based about 3 km from Doklam Village, a Castonian town near the border.

 

In a press briefing at the Legonian Defence Ministry, the Chief Intelligence Officer informed the press that based on satellites' images, it is believed some 200 Malatian troops have moved into Castonian territories since 2 weeks ago.

"Our intelligence confirms that elements of the Malatian elite Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) have been deployed inside Castonian territories, without the consent of the Castonian government", said a Defence spokesman.

"We urge the Malatian to respect the territorial integrity of Castonia", added the spokesman.

There have been no comment or statement from the Castonian government. Prince Revalia is currently on overseas trip.

Malatia has denounced the press statement by Legonia. "The Kingdom of Legonia should stop spreading fake news. Malatian are peace loving people", said a Malatian Foreign Affairs spokesman.

In Castonia, residents from Doklam village informed the local press that they have not been allowed to be near the border areas since two weeks ago.

"I am worried we might go to war again. The tension is very high here", said the Doklam village headman.
