Legos Warplanes Struck Malatian Air Defences

A Malatian SAM battery on alert along the border with the Kingdom of Lego.

Two warplanes of the Royal Air Force of Legoland (RAFL) had fired missiles on a Malatian surface-to-air missile (SAM) battery near Equanter.

According to a RAFL spokesman, the two warplanes were on routine patrol when they were locked-on by the Malatian SAM battery.

"Our warplanes had responded in self defence and fired two missiles. We were in the Equanterian air space when then incident happened," added the spokesman.
It was believed the Malatian SAM battery was badly damaged and 25 Malatian soldiers were killed.

"This is an unprovoked aggression by the Kingdom of Lego. We will punish them soon," said a Malatian Defence Ministry spokesman.

The incident has increased tension along the border as more troops from regional countries are pouring into Equanter in a possible military confrontation with Malatia.

The Caledona Neutral Territory is the latest regional country to support Equanter. A squadron of 24 Caledona warplanes have been deployed in Equanter.

In the meantime, Malatia has mobilized its reserve forces to support the war efforts. All male between the age of 18 to 40 have been called to report to military offices throughout the country.
