Malatia Cut Diplomatic Ties With Suva

Malatia has cut diplomatic ties with the small Kingdom of Suva, accusing it of posing a threat to its security by being an ally of the Kingdom of Lego and Equanter.

All sea and land border crossings will be closed within 24 hours and Malatia has moved to close its airspace from flights originating from Suva within the next 48 hours.

Suvanese diplomats in Malatia were given 48 hours to leave Malatia, and food supply to the small kingdom was halted at the border checkpoint.

In the meantime, Malatia has reinforced its defensive positions along the border with Suva.  Several Malatian tanks and armoured vehicles were seen parked along the highway to the border checkpoint with Suva. There are fears that the cut in diplomatic ties is a precursor to a Malatian  invasion of Suva.

The Crown Prince of Suva has come on TV and assured the kingdom that there is enough food supply within the country.  His Excellency also announced that the kingdom is neutral and would not take side in any conflict between Malatia and other regional countries, and urged peaceful dialogue to any unhappiness that Malatia has towards the kingdom.
