Malatia Deploys Missiles To Border Areas

Malatia began the deployment of its latest missile system along its border with the Kingdom of Lego and Equanter.

The deployment of the Ultra-200 and Ultra-200G missile system is taking place amidst high tension between Malatia and the neighbouring kingdoms.

The Ultra missile system is capable of hitting air and ground targets up to 200 km away. This put the capital of the Kingdom of Lego within the range of the Ultra missiles.

The deployment of the advance missile system is taking place as relations between Malatia and its neighbours spiral downward after Malatia's intervention in the Equanter civil war.  Malatia has also accused its neighbours of provocation, especially after they formed a military alliance .

Brigadier-General Lodmouth, spokesman for the Malatian Defence Ministry said: " The deployment of the Ultra-200 missile system is part of routine deployment. Neighbouring states should not be alarmed."

Analysts see the deployment of the advance missile system as a warning to neighbouring states that Malatia has the military capability to wage war on multiple fronts at the same time.  The deployment of the missile takes place  just after Malatian commandos were seen along its border with the Kingdom of Suva.
