Malatian Figher Jets Entered Equanter's Airspace

Equanterian troops manning an anti-aircraft gun outside the capital city yesterday.

Four Malatian jet fighters intruded into the Equanterian airspace yesterday, prompting the Equanterian anti-aircraft guns to be activated.

The four warplanes flew close to the Equanterian capital city before turning back to the Malatian airspace.

This is the first time Malatian warplanes have intruded into the Equanterian airspace. Equanter's ambassador to Malatia has submitted a protest note to the Malatian Defence Ministry over the intrusion.

Several anti-aircraft guns deployed outside the capital city were activated. A few shots were fired towards to the Malatian warplanes as they flew close to the Equanterian Defence Ministry.

" I heard a few explosions coming from the airfield near my home. When I looked out at the window, I saw several shots were fired by the anti-aircraft guns nearby towards the sky", said a local resident.

The Malatian intrusion is taking place when tension between Malatia and its neighbours escalated recently.
