In a sign of escalating Malatian involvement in the Equanter's civil war, members of the Malatian military elite circle has met with the leader of the Inglorious State in Lego (ISIL) and expressed their support to the rebels fighting the Equanterian Government.
"The Armed Force of Malatia will always be vigilant and support the right of Malatians to live without fear anywhere," a Malatian military spokesman said.
Many observers believed the Malatian military has supplied weapons and other non-lethal weapons to the ISIL guerillas in Equanter.
Meanwhile, government forces in Equanter are still fighting the rebels around the town of Smallville. Fierce fighting took place yesterday when 100 ISIL rebels tried to enter the town centre but was pushed back by government troops defending Smallville.
