MOC Air Defence Artillery All Ready To Go

King Brik II inspected troops from the 1st RADAR. These troops are equipped with Type-12 AA guns donated by Equanter.

King Brik II visited the 1st Royal Air Defence Artillery Regiment (RADAR) yesterday as part of the Royal Tour to defence establishment.

1st RADAR battalion has completed its training and will be operational soon. 

As part of his visit, King Brik II also inspected the readiness of troops of the 1st RADAR. These troops have been trained to maintain local radar system  and responding to air attacks.

Currently the Brikvanian air defence is based on two dozens Cold War era artillery guns donated by the Kingdom of Equanter 3 months ago. 

"We will purchase more advance weapons once we have more money", said Prince Aragon, Minister in Charge of Defence and Internal Security.

"For now, our engineers is designing a more modern anti aircraft gun system, which we hope to be deployed soon", added Prince Aragon.

The Defence Ministry did not provide the deployment details of the anti-aircraft guns. But a few have been spotted outside the Brikvanian International Airport, and 4 pieces outside Brown Castle, the seat of the Royal Government.

The Brikvanian military is preparing for possible regional war as the current Kingdom of Lego's government under hardliner Wingo has been pushing regional countries against Malatia.
