Prince Revalia Reviews Castonian Farming Industry

Prince Revalia has promised more financial aid will be provided to the farming community in the small kingdom, in the face of economic crisis that is hitting the region.

The announcement was made during a visit to Baron Mountain Village, which has the best farms in the kingdom. 

The Castonian farm exports had been hit badly by the current economic crisis, which came about due to Brickvid-19 pandemic that hit the region recently.  Some 80% of the farmers claim that they suffered losses as their main export market, Malatia, began to cut down on imports of farm produce from Castonia.

"We used to export some 4 truckload of vegetables to Malatia every week. Now it is only 1 truck per week. I am running my farm at a loss", said a farmer in Baron Mointain Village.

Castonia had seek financial assistance from Malatia, but with a new leader in power in Malatia, it is less likely that Malatia will aid Castonia.

There are reports that Castonia might seek financial assistance from Legonia. 

The Castonian government in the meantime has cut down on their defence and security budget. Only 850 Gastonian Guards will be employed for immigration, custom and police duties.
