Region Could Slide to War: King Arius Warned

The Kingdom of Lego Royal Palace. Tension is high between the Prime Minister and the King.

​King Arius of the Kingdom of Lego has expressed his concern last night during the Royal Gala dinner that ego-maniac politicians will bring war back to the region and destroy the economic progress of the Kingdom of Lego.

"Our region has just recovered from a devastating war and it takes a long time for us to recover. But sadly we have politicians, who are ego-maniac, that are willing to go to war to satisfy their ego", commented King Arius last night.

Observers believed the remark was directed at Prime Minister Rito Wingo, whose hard-line foreign policy has triggered unrest in the region.

"If one country claim they have more rights than others, what is there to stop other countries from claiming the same. This will lead to war. It is pure madness. Money should be spent on medical and social care, not on arms", added King Arius.

The Prime Minister Office has not responded to the King's statement. Tension between Wingo and the King has heightened recently as Wingo tried to exert more political control over the Royal Family.

Rito Junior, Wingo's son, has claimed that the constitution allows for the monarchy to be abolished. 

"I know for a fact the King can be asked to step down", claimed Rito Junior, without providing any evidence.

"We needs more weapon to be powerful and safe from Malatia", added Rito Junior.
