Royal Family Moved Into New Palace

The Brikvanian Royal Family has moved permanently into Brown Castle after a major renovation work has been completed. 

Costing the taxpayers some $5 million Brick Dollars, the restoration of Brown Castle was necessary as the roofs and pipes were not in working order. The castle was previously used by the Malatian Government as a minimum security prison when Brikvania was part of the Republic of Malatia.

Brown Castle is guarded by members of the Royal Guards Regiment. Armed with ancient weapons and equipment, and dressed in the traditional Brikvanian Golden Age army uniform, these soldiers stood on guard 24 hours a day, and perform ceremonial functions.

"Our Royal Family is happy that we are now back permanently at Brown Castle, the seat of the Brikvanian Royalty before Malatia occupied us in the 19th century", announced King Brik II. 

While security around Brown Castle is tight, The Royal Botanical Garden, located near to the seat of the Brikvanian Government, is open to the public.
