Suva Government Fears Invasion By Malatia

The Royal Family of Suva has met with Suvanese defence officials to discuss the political tension with Malatia.

The tension between Suva and Malatia came about after Malatia accused Suva of threatening its security by entering into a military alliance with the Kingdom of Lego.

The Kingdom of Suva has already sought military assistance from the Kingdom of Lego.  " We hope that the Kingdom of Lefgo will assist us like how they had assisted Equanter," said the Palace spokesman.

While it is rich with oil,  Suva has spent mimimum amount on defence.  The Royal Government spent majority of the oil revenue on welfare for its citizens. As a result, some of the Suvanese Army are still euipped with antique weapons such as spear and bow and arrow - these are used mostly for ceremonial purposes.

According to sources, some Malatians residing in the Kingdom have asked Malatia to annex the country. Numbering some 15,000, most of these Malatians are residing near the border with Malatia. These Malatians first came to Suva when the small Kingdom was part of the Greater Empire of Malatia hundreds of years ago, and continue to stay in Suva ever since then.
