Tight Security Ahead of King Brik's Coronation

Security in Brikvania is tight ahead of the King Brik's ascension to the Royal throne.

​The Royal Brikvania Police Service (RBPS) has already set up roadblocks near Brown Castle, the seat of the Brikvanian Government and the Royal Family.

"The Royal Police will not hesitate to take tough measures against any trouble-makers," announced the RBPS Police Chief. He added, "All loyal citizens must be prepared for more police checks in the coming days."

Members of the Armed Forces of Brikvania (AFBv) have also been deployed to work with the police on the streets of Briktown.

The ceremony will see the region's monarchs converging in Brikvania. The Kingdom of Lego has sent its elite protective units to provide security coverage for King Brik, and also specialised police tactical team to ensure the security of all monarchs for the coronation event.

The leader of Malatia however has declined the Brikvanian invitation to attend the coronation ceremony.

"Brikvania is part of Malatia, forever. We do not recognise the puppet government currently in power in that territory," said a Malatian government spokesman.

In Brikvania, King Brik has announced his cabinet line-up, but has not declared if the Kingdom will join NARTO, the regional defence alliance.
