The upgraded Police HQ has been completed and will be opened to the public soon. The new three-storey HQ has a Crime Scene Office, a modern Police Command Centre, secure lock-up and a brand new office for the Commissioner of Police. It is rumoured the furniture and fitting of the new office will be all white.
Beside a new upgraded HQ, the Police will also receive brand new cars to patrol the streets. A new tactical unit - Special Tactical Force (STF) has also been formed to deal with terrorist threat.
